To improve the reproductive health and capacity building of women in rural areas, DWS started midwifery training program in 1997 in collaboration with CIDA. Matriculate girls are selected and provided training every year. After the training they are able to provide reproductive health facilities to their respective areas and also become a source of financial support to their families. Midland International Aid Trust is providing bursaries on regular basics for the international trainers.
