The journey of Decent Welfare Society started with the dream of serving the humanity. It turned in to the reality through the efforts of Dr. Ijaz Bashir. He took his first step by organizing free medical camps in far flung villages of Gujrat. The lesson learnt was that illiteracy and poverty are the reasons behind the increasing health problems. In the people. Considering this, his ambitious nature forced him to start various projects for the uplift of general economic and health situation of the country.
